Mathias Weber

Mathias Weber made the illustrations of the Feestdagenbijbel. The publisher's colophon distinguishes his visual contribution from the text, which is attributed to the Dutch-Flemish Bible Society. This book contains stories about eighteen Christian holidays, with background and ideas for doing something together. The illustrations provide an entry point for young children, while older children can benefit from the facts. Weber is included as an illustrator within our selection; the book text and the origins of the Bible stories are not attributed to him.
